7-Day Exchange Guarantee
If your order arrives with a size issue, defect, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Washed products
• Items damaged after delivery
• Products without original packaging
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, exchanges are available but refunds are generally not offered unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• The wrong product
• A manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
